What we’re looking for:

The Summer Solstice Market is a curated market featuring businesses that cater towards a sustainable and nature-inspired lifestyle. We are looking for both products and service based businesses to vend that align with the energy of the solstice. We are looking for a variety of product and service-based vendors that align with one or more of the following:

  • locally crafted

  • eco-friendly

  • holistic/alternative

  • farm & garden

  • food/beverage trucks

Examples of ideal vendors include, but are not limited to: handmade artisan goods (art, jewelry, apparel, home decor, etc.), environmentally sustainable products (bath/body, home, cleaning, etc.), wellness and spiritual practitioners (herbalism, tarot, bodywork, astrology, etc.), farm & garden related products & services (locally grown produce, cut flowers, plants, garden/landscape design, etc.).

We will not accept direct sales/MLM vendors. All applicants will be juried to ensure that the market is full of quality & variety.

7ft (deep) x 9ft (wide) - $65
10ft x 10ft - $90
All booths are indoors.

Application Deadline:
Applications are currently being considered on a rolling basis as the market fills up. All applicants will be contacted a week after submission as to the status of their application. Applications received after the market is full will be placed on a wait list and will be contacted is a space opens up.

More Details:

  • Payments are due within 1 week of acceptance. If payment is not received within one week, spaces will be filled by wait list applicants. Payments are non-refundable (including inclement weather).

  • Vendors supply their own tables, chairs, & displays.

  • One vendor per single booth space.

  • No public wifi & limited power outlets.

  • Businesses are required to comply with local tax regulations by registering your business, collecting sales tax, and reporting and remitting sales tax.

  • Vendors are expected to share & market the event to their audience (social media, in store, word of mouth, etc)

  • Public Health Policy - We will be following all official guidelines & mandates that include masking, social distancing, cleaning protocol, and capacity requirements. Because this is an indoor event, if it is advised at the time, we will require all attendees & vendors to be masked.
